Our Values

We can all be different. But our values unite us.

We believe in makers. Our goal is to empower makers with access to the resources they need so they can create the world of tomorrow.

Individuality

We believe that diversity is a valuable asset to any community, as it brings in new perspectives and ideas. And ideas are the soil of the future.

Professionality

Competence, knowledge and integrity. Confidence, accountability and respect. That’s what professionality stands for to us. No confusion there.

Impact

We want to support makers who are working on innovations with positive impact, and give them a platform to connect with like-minded people.

Finding our IKIGAI

IKIGAI is a Japanese concept that can be translated as ‘reason for being’. It’s what makes you wake up in the morning. It’s also essential for planning and prioritizing.

IKIGAI is made of four circles, four questions you need to answer to find your IKIGAI:

  • What do you love doing?
  • What are you good at?
  • What can you get paid for?
  • What do people need?

Only by answering these questions, you can work effectively and become really good at what you do. And become Shokunin. And then reach Satory. But those are next steps. The first step is finding your IKIGAI.

What’s your IKIGAI?
